Crush AI Terms of Service

These terms set out the rules for using Crush AI. They cover who may register, how subscriptions work, what is not allowed and the limits of our responsibility.

1. AgreementThese Terms of Service form a binding agreement between you and Crush AI. By opening an account or using the chat you accept them in full.
2. EligibilityYou must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter a contract. Crush AI is not available to minors under any circumstance.
3. Definitions“Service” means the Crush AI website and companion chat. “Companion” means a fictional character offered on the Service. “Content” means text, images and other material made available through the Service.
4. Fictional nature of companionsEvery companion is a work of fiction. Portraits are generated and biographies are invented. No companion is a real person, a representation of a real person, or a licensed likeness.
5. Not professional adviceCompanion replies are entertainment. They are not medical, psychological, legal or financial advice and must not be relied on as a substitute for a qualified professional.
6. Account registrationYou agree to provide accurate registration details and to keep them current. One person may hold one account unless we agree otherwise in writing.
7. Account securityYou are responsible for your password and for everything that happens under your account. Notify us promptly if you suspect unauthorised access.
8. Acceptable useYou agree not to use the Service to harass others, distribute malware, attempt unauthorised access, scrape content at scale, or break any applicable law.
9. Prohibited contentYou may not submit content involving minors, non-consensual acts, threats, incitement of violence, or material that infringes the rights of others. Violations end the account immediately.
10. Automated accessBots, crawlers, resale of access and automated message generation against the Service are not permitted without written consent.
11. Free tierThe free tier is offered as-is, may include usage limits, and may be modified or withdrawn. It is intended to let you evaluate Crush AI before subscribing.
12. Paid subscriptionsPaid plans renew automatically for the period selected until cancelled. The price shown at checkout applies for the current term.
13. BillingCharges are taken by our payment provider on the renewal date. If a payment fails we may suspend paid features until the balance is settled.
14. CancellationYou may cancel from your account page at any time. Cancellation stops future renewals and access continues to the end of the paid period.
15. RefundsExcept where local consumer law requires otherwise, payments for periods already started are non-refundable. Genuine billing errors are always corrected.
16. Price changesWe may adjust subscription pricing with at least thirty days' notice before it affects your renewal. Continuing after that date accepts the new price.
17. Your contentYou keep ownership of the messages you write. You grant Crush AI a limited licence to store and process them solely to operate the Service for you.
18. Generated contentCompanion replies are produced automatically and may be inaccurate, inconsistent or unintended. You use them at your own discretion.
19. Our intellectual propertyThe Crush AI name, logo, site design, written material and companion portraits are owned by us or our licensors and may not be reused without permission.
20. FeedbackIf you send suggestions, we may use them without obligation or payment, and you waive any claim to compensation for that use.
21. AvailabilityWe aim for continuous availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. Maintenance, updates and third-party outages may cause downtime.
22. Changes to the ServiceFeatures may be added, altered or removed. Where a change materially reduces a paid feature, we will give reasonable notice.
23. Suspension and terminationWe may suspend or close an account that breaches these Terms, creates risk for other users, or is used for fraudulent activity.
24. Your right to leaveYou may stop using Crush AI and delete your account at any time from the account settings page.
25. Disclaimer of warrantiesThe Service is provided on an as-is and as-available basis without warranties of any kind, to the maximum extent permitted by law.
26. Limitation of liabilityTo the extent the law allows, our total liability arising from the Service is limited to the amount you paid to Crush AI in the twelve months before the claim.
27. IndemnityYou agree to cover reasonable losses we incur from your unlawful use of the Service or your breach of these Terms.
28. Third-party servicesPayment, email and hosting providers operate under their own terms. We are not liable for their independent acts or omissions.
29. PrivacyUse of the Service is also governed by the Crush AI Privacy Policy, which explains what we collect and why.
30. Governing lawThese Terms are governed by the laws applicable at our place of establishment, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
31. Dispute resolutionPlease contact us first so we can try to resolve the issue directly. Unresolved disputes go to the competent courts of that jurisdiction.
32. Severability and entire agreementIf any clause is found unenforceable, the rest stays in force. Together with the Privacy Policy, these Terms are the entire agreement between us.
33. Updates to these TermsWe may revise these Terms. The revision date at the top of this page always shows the current version, and continued use after an update accepts it.
